When We All Get To Heaven

Matthew 5:12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for your reward in Heaven is great. For so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

You know, when we get to heaven, there is going to be the biggest family reunion ever known to man. I can’t wait to see all of my loved ones, my daughter, my daddy, my grandparents, other family and friends. Can you imagine how wonderful it is going to be?

And can you imagine walking with Moses, talking about the Red Sea and the burning bush. Or sitting under a tree talking with Ruth and Naomi or Ester and Mordecai? Maybe having a meal with Peter and Paul, talking about all of the miracles of Jesus that were not included in the Bible.

But you know, I am looking forward to those reunions, but even more so I am longing to see Jesus, kiss His feet and worship God forever! Singing His praises with the Saints and Angels, Oh how wonderful that will be.

I just hope that eternity is long enough to get to talk with all of the great people in the Bible and to worship God in the way that He deserves.

Father, we long to be in heaven with You, to worship You and praise You. What a grand reunion we will have when You call us home. Thank You for granting us eternity with You. In Jesus’ name. Amen
